Bali
Prime Minister Narendra Modi said the Ukrainian crisis should be resolved through ceasefire and diplomatic talks. Modi clarified India’s position at the G20 summit in Bali, Indonesia.
World leaders must step forward to overcome the crisis and restore peace. Feel free to admit that the United Nations has not been successful in addressing the problem. This is where the G20 is relevant. World leaders have a responsibility to build a post-Covid world. The global supply of essential goods is facing major disruptions. Modi also said that G20 countries should reach a mutual agreement to strengthen the grain supply chain. Modi met with US President Joe Biden, French President Emmanuel Macron, British Prime Minister Rishi Sunak, Senegalese President Macky Sall and others.
An informal meeting was also held between Modi and Chinese President Xi Jinping during the dinner. Modi also interacted with the Indian community in Bali. The G20 summit will be held in India next year. India will take over the presidency of the G20 summit from Indonesia. The conference will end on Wednesday.
