CdMx delays return of bureaucrats to offices

The government of the Mexico City announced that the return to public and private offices in the capital of the country will be extended even more before the covid-19 pandemic. Although it had been determined that in October public office staff would go back to work in person, the head of government, Claudia Sheinbaum, said that it will not be the case and added that in the next few days he will give more details about this decision.

The capital president explained that although almost all economic activities have been opened while maintaining a stabilization of the pandemic, in the case of bars, clubs and offices will continue to postpone their reopening. He stressed that this week the impact of the program of 158 neighborhoods, neighborhoods and towns of priority attention will be evaluated to determine if the strategy continues or changes are necessary.
