Here is our updated power rankings for the 2021 CDL season.

Stage 2 Week 3 saw shocking results, with Atlanta faZe suffering its first loss and LA Thieves continuing to struggle. Here’s how it rocked our power rankings.

12. London Royal Ravens (-4)

After flying high in Stage 2 Week 2, it looks like the Ravens’ wings were clipped for Week 3. The 3-0 back-to-back losses to Toronto Ultra and Atalanta FaZe were dominant, and London looked lost. They will need to return to their Week 2 form if they want to challenge in the Major.

11. Paris Legion (+1)

After a 3-1 victory over the Florida Mutineers, the Paris Legion has gained a spot in our power ranking. Although they look improved, Paris still need to work on their consistency, and possibly expand their card pool. However, facing LA Thieves in the Losers’ first round may be the easiest game they’ll have all season.

10. LA Thieves (-3)

After their incredible 4-0 start, LA Thieves is 2-7, 0-6 in the cards against rivals LA Guerrillas. The thieves are in a terrible state right now, with Kenny having to be medically absent from the game, they were unlucky. However, we do know how thieves can bounce back, so that could all change in the major.

9. Florida Mutineers (-3)

After the loss to the Dallas Empire and the Paris Legion, the Florida Mutineers moved up to 9th place. While this list has the quality, it is inconsistent and something is wrong. A change of list may be necessary soon.

8. Toronto Ultra (+1)

After beating the Royal Ravens 3-0, the Toronto Ultra climbed one spot to 8th. They looked dominant against London as Cammy played at his best. This is something that needs to happen more often for Toronto to challenge at the top.

7. Surge de Seattle (+4)

Seattle Surge has proven that it can be a good team, and therefore move up to 7th place. As they were reversed by Minnesota Rokkr, Seattle looked great and Prestinni was frying again. Seeing Prestinni perform at her best is something fans love to see, and Surge is enjoying it.

6. Guérillas from Los Angeles (+4)

The list of Los Angeles guerrillas stand in front of the camera, their team's logo, a hooded figure with shining white eyes, appears behind them.

The Los Angeles Guerrillas enter the top 6 after their victory over Atlanta FaZe, and their 3-0 victory over rivals LA Thieves. Silly has been a dominant force in the last Guerrilla matches, and his dominance has been a major factor in their victories. The LAG could be a team of black horses in Major 2.

5. OpTic Chicago (-)

OpTic Chicago rebounded with a 3-0 victory over Seattle Surge and 3-2 over Dallas Empire in Week 3. Dashy made a really big statement, dominating with the Krig, while Scump showed he was still in. incredible claws. OpTic has momentum now, and could be dangerous in the Major.

4. Minnesota Rokkr (-)

Following OpTic’s victory over the Dallas Empire, Minnesota Rokkr secured the first seed for the Major as they look to win him with the new signing Standy. He’s been a major improvement for the team and sees Rokkr currently undefeated with him.

3. New York Subliners (-)

Their 3-1 win over Toronto Ultra keeps the Subliners in 3rd place. They have been exceptional so far in the 2021 season and they will look to improve on their third place in the last Major.

2. Dallas Empire (-)

Despite suffering a 3-2 loss to OpTic Chicago, Dallas Empire is still one of the best teams in the league. Crimsix has taken matters into its own hands recently and proves that it is still one of the best. Dallas will have to improve to get into the Major, but they look dangerous.

1. Atlanta FaZe (-)

Atlanta FaZe remains at the top of our Power rankings, even after their loss to the Guerrillas. While no longer undefeated, FaZe is 12-1 and looks more dominant than ever.
