CD Projekt RED releases patch 1.1 with bug fixes for Cyberpunk 2077 – Gaming – News

The game certainly has its flaws, but it is certainly not a disappointment, at least not for me.
Cyberpunk’s problem is that it’s not a Witcher. Witcher 3 is considered by many to be the best RPG ever. Obviously a huge challenge to match that at all.

Apart from the technical problems, they can certainly work on the following things:

– AI of the opponents (ie stealth is quite broken, it is quite basic, as if I am playing metal gear solid 1).
– Difficulty, game is too easy even on very hard. The only thing about “difficulty” that I’ve noticed is that you die much faster.
– RPG character upgrades / perks. At some point it doesn’t matter every perk you have if you are leveled high enough you can basically play any style of play. It would be more fun if you had to min / max to a build, especially if you play the high difficulty setting.
– Heritage / Lineage could be a bit more varied. You can choose from Corpo / Nomad / Streetkid. Apart from the first starting mission, you could have had a little more variation in the missions until you get to the “main” storyline.
RPG choices. There are many choices you can make in the game but it doesn’t matter much to the end apart from some big side quests you do for the main characters. Then you have choices from 4 endings. The choice of 4 endings comes to everyone unless you really screw up something.
– I would have liked to see some small things such as barbershops about your appearance, etc.

This can all be fixed with DLC and I am also confident that they will do this.

But the key question have I been bored with the game? Not at all. I have been in it for over 110 hours and I certainly had a good time.

– The combat is very varied and it plays well. Just like playing Destiny 2 / COD. You have a lot of variety in weapons and you can handle situations the way you want.
– Missions are interesting and fun to do you really want to continue in the story.
– the Characters you deal with are also very well developed and you really sympathize with them.
– 4 endings that all give you a different perspective.
– Night City is the showpiece. Very beautiful city and super immersive. Even after 100 hours I can just stand still on the street and look at and enjoy the architecture around me.
– OST / Soundtrack. Nobody talks about this, but I think that is also very good. There are really cool tracks made especially for Cyberpunk to make you feel even more part of that world.

I’m sure CDPR will make Cyberpunk just the way they have it in mind. When you play the game you also feel how a huge project this still is.
