Polish company CD Projekt has announced that it has become a co-defendant in a class-action anti-competition lawsuit filed against Valve and its Steam store. It is noted that CD Projekt will not be the only co-defendant of the company.
A lawsuit against Valve was filed by five US residents. They believe that Steam has a negative impact on the pricing of games, as it forces developers to sign an agreement, because of which they are prohibited from selling games on other sites cheaper than on the Steam service.
