CCAA17 adds to its real estate offer an art gallery in the middle of San Isidro | ECONOMY

The real estate manager CCAA17, with residential projects in Miraflores and San Isidro, decided to venture into art galleries on Camino Real avenue. The venue has an exhibition-sale of works of art with a price range between US $ 1,500 and US $ 6,000. For this whole year, they have a schedule of approximately five samples. The exhibition line will be focused on photography, architecture and design.

“An important part of the thinking behind the company is to support the development of art and design in Peru. This artistic concept is not far from what Caamaño seeks to capture in his real estate projects. In fact, from the gallery, he will seek to design common areas, such as lobbies, that can be used as exhibition halls in his future projects.

In her 17 years of experience in the field, the executive has participated in 26 projects, in which an investment of US $ 119 million is estimated.

Despite the pandemic, the demand for housing was maintained and last September the Lord Cochrane I project was delivered, and at the end of next February Lord Cochrane 2 will be delivered. Likewise, Lord Cochrane 3 announced for the second half of 2022. All of them located in the axis between San Isidro and Miraflores.

Also under construction is Boulevard Roosevelt, on Avenida Álvarez Calderón, in San Isidro, which is a boutique building that will be delivered in the second half of this year.

In Miraflores, the square meter can cost between US $ 2,000 and US $ 3,000. The price may increase as you approach the border with San Isidro, where the square meter can cost between US $ 3,200 and US $ 5,000 per square meter, or even exceed it, depending on the location and view.

Caamano commented that has noticed a marked change in the consumption habits of customers who are looking for an apartment in recent months. As a result of the pandemic, there are many people under the home office modality, but they also seek to move by bicycle, and no longer use the car so much.

In the future, Caamano announced that he has alliances with interested investors in his sights. CCAA17 will not only focus on a brand, but also on projects of other economic groups that demand its services. And they will continue with projects with few real estate units (between 12 and 20 apartments), which allows personalizing the space, responding to the demand for well-lit and designed homes, with an outstanding proposal in landscaping.

“We will also continue working between three and four projects at the same time. This volume allows us to track real estate units, even after they are delivered. We do not disassociate ourselves, we continue to be in contact with the building administration, ”said the businesswoman.
