Our Business Line Advisory & Transaction Services | Occupier offers commercial real estate users and users of real estate portfolios globally integrated real estate services from a single source.
Our Key Account Team is responsible for managing one of the global accounts throughout Germany. Asset Manager (m/f/d) for the Assetklasse Retail Within the Key Account Team, you are responsible for negotiating rental contracts for our customer’s retail portfolio. For this, we are looking for support at our locations in Berlin , Frankfurt am Main , Düsseldorf , München and Hamburg .

THIS IS WHAT YOU DO WITH US

Proactive management of our client’s retail portfolio with ongoing control and processing of transaction processes

Development and implementation of individual real estate strategy and tactics in close cooperation with our clients

Identification of savings potential

Management of external partners and brokers

Communication with and involvement of internal customer stakeholders

Preparation of approval documents and ensuring compliance with our client’s governance processes and regulatory requirements
WHAT YOU HAVE TO OFFER
-
Economics degree with a focus on real estate or comparable training with a real estate focus
-
Several years of experience in real estate management on the user side or as a transaction manager
-
Very good communication and negotiation skills

Experience in customer management and escalation management
-
Team player with strong goal orientation and high level of initiative

Structured working methods and ability to prioritize

Fluent German and good English skills
