Alexander Pechtold of the CBR has launched the fantastic plan that candidates for the driving license exam of two driving schools must have the green light before they can take the exam.

Now competitors have to tell each other that a student is ready for the exam or they have to say that the student is not ready for the exam. In one situation it becomes favouritism and in the other situation it becomes ‘war’.

This is clearly evidence of the inability of the CBR and Alexander Pechtold, who would smooth the case at the CBR. The solution is quite simple: keep track of the success rate of the driving schools. If this percentage falls below 80%, for example, the waiting period becomes eight months.

Pupils then automatically go to a better driving school and the ‘cowboys’ die a certain death.
