Causes of testicular pain when urinating
1- Epididymitis

4- Orchitis
Left untreated, epididymitis can progress to orchitis and its symptoms include:
Pain in the testicles when urinating.
Swelling of one or both testicles.
Fatigue

5- Testicular torsion
A serious problem that occurs when the spermatic cord turns in a way that prevents the flow of oxygen-rich blood to the testicles, which leads to severe pain, nausea and vomiting, and swelling of the scrotum and its color change to red or to black.
6- Varicocele
Sometimes, testicular pain warns of varicose veins, especially if it is less felt when lying down, and it is necessary to speed up its treatment, because it could adversely affect reproduction.

7- Testicular cancer
Among the serious diseases revealed by the pain and swelling of the testicle, the chances of developing it increase among men between the ages of 15 and 35 and it is usually diagnosed by ultrasound.
