What are penile secretions?
It includes any material that comes out of the penis other than urine and semen. Its color varies from patient to patient depending on the cause, sometimes it is white and thick, in other cases it becomes transparent and watery.

Causes of penile secretions
1- Urinary tract infection
Penile discharge may indicate that a man has a type of urinary tract infection, known as urethritis, a disease caused by gonococcal bacteria, which are transmitted to the urethra through intercourse.

2- Prostatitis
Penile discharge becomes a sure sign of prostatitis, if accompanied by some problems, including:
Pain when urinating.
Bad smell of urine.
Appearance of blood in the urine.
Difficulty urinating.
Pain during ejaculation.
Difficulty with ejaculation.

3- Sigma
A disease that occurs in uncircumcised men, which causes the accumulation of dead skin cells and fluid under the foreskin surrounding the head of the penis and secretions from the penis are a symptom of infection.
4- Balanitis
One of the common diseases among men, especially uncircumcised men, is caused by infections, chemicals in soap, and certain skin conditions, such as eczema, and its symptoms include “penile discharge, redness of the penis or head. skin around it, and a bad smell from it.

5- sexually transmitted diseases
Sometimes, the secretion of the penis heralds a sexually transmitted disease, such as chlamydia and gonorrhea.
