The official documents from the coroner show that the athlete had been suffering from high blood pressure for many years. This ultimately led to hypertensive cardiovascular disease, from which Jacoby died.
On July 14, the professional athlete was found dead in his home in New Orleans. His family, friends and former NFL teammates were heartbroken over the sudden loss.
