Affiliated to the French Federation of Bodily Education and learning and Voluntary Gymnastics, the voluntary gymnastics association “Les Capelous” of Caussade, chaired by Michèle Cubaynes, will resume its pursuits from Tuesday 13 September, in the André-Rey dojo, situated powering the gymnasium of the Pierre-Darasse faculty.
Open to absolutely everyone, youthful and aged, novices or knowledgeable athletes, the sessions will acquire location each and every Tuesday from 5.45pm to 6.45pm and every Thursday from 6.15pm to 7.15pm.
In the method of each session, the affiliation presents gymnastics for strengthening and keeping muscle: cardio, belly, stretching, and so on. The initially two discovery classes are free and without obligation.
