1- Patients with high blood pressure
Jihan explained that nuts become harmful to patients with high pressure, if they are salted, because the salt that is added to them when roasting leads to a sharp rise in blood pressure and fluid retention in the body.
2- Patients allergic to nuts

3- Obesity patients
She emphasized that nuts are high in calories and contain a high percentage of fat, so obese people should eat them in moderation or stay away from them.
4- Patients with bean anemia
