The Eastern Police District is looking for a prisoner who escaped from Akershus University Hospital in Lørenskog.
Operation Police in Eastern Police District Heidi Granerud tells TV 2 that the man who escaped is detained. The police do not want to comment on the situation the man has been jailed for.
The person may have taken off hospital clothes. Is then probably wearing blue t-shirt, light pants and beige shoes. He is also about 1.80 tall, African-looking, haircut – no hair on his head.

– We do not want the audience to contact them. If anyone sees him, they can call 112, says Granerud.
According to police descriptions, the man is dark-skinned and wearing hospital clothes.
It is currently unclear why the imprisoned man was in the hospital.
In a Twitter message published just before 4pm, police write that the man may have taken off his hospital clothes.
– Is probably wearing blue t-shirt, light pants and beige shoes then. He is also about 1.80 centimeters tall, African-looking and sneaky. He has no hair on his head, the message says.
