Catalonia adds 4,459 infections and 61 deaths, but those hospitalized decrease

Navarra registers 329 positive cases after performing 4,208 tests

Navarra registered 329 new cases of Covid-19 yesterday, which represents a decrease compared to the 344 infections detected the previous day.

The number of new cases is high, although significantly lower than the 308 that were registered the previous day, Thursday, in which a record of infections was broken in one day since the start of the pandemic.

The hotel business will remain closed from 00.00 this Saturday in a total of 60 Galician municipalities – which include the seven cities and municipalities in its perimeter – with the entry into force of the new measures approved by the Xunta to make against the second wave of infections by covid-19.

The municipalities with a cumulative rate of 14 days over 200 cases per 100,000 inhabitants will also have the same limitations, and an upward trend in the notification of the same: Vimianzo, Monforte, Burela, Viveiro, O Carballiño, Verín, Xinzo, Cangas, A Estrada , Lalín, Silleda, Ponteareas, Tui, Cambados, O Grove, Vilanova de Arousa and Vilagarcía de Arousa.

Health notifies 22,516 new cases of COVID-19, a decrease compared to last Friday

In the last week, 1,088 people with a confirmed positive COVID-19 diagnosis have died in Spain.
