The Castro Urdiales City Council publishes in the Official Gazette of Cantabria the announcement of initial approval and public exposure of the Fiscal Ordinance regulating the Public Price for the Use of Bicycle Loan Services, Electric Personal Mobility Vehicles and Secure Bicycle Parking.
The file is submitted to public information and hearing to the interested parties for a period of thirty days for the presentation of claims and suggestions. In the event that none is presented, the previously provisional agreement will be understood as definitively adopted.
PLUSVALIAS
On the other hand, the announcement of initial approval and public exposure of the modification of Fiscal Ordinance number 5 regulating the Tax on the Increase in the Value of Urban Land (Plusvalía) is also published in the BOC.
The Councilor for the Treasury, Pablo Antuñano, explained in the plenary session on May 2 that it is modified because “every year the Ministry of Treasury approves a table that indicates the indices to be applied to calculate these capital gains. If we maintain the ordinance as up to now, we would have to bring a modification every year, so we propose to adjust to that table automatically.
The aforementioned agreement will be exposed to the public for 30 days in the Revenue Department, so that the claims deemed appropriate can be formulated. If after the period of public exhibition of the file no claim is filed against it, it will be definitively approved without the need to adopt a plenary agreement.
