castres. The Bonny and Clyde of butchers and delicatessens

Stephen and Laetitia Juillard were given the nickname Bonny and Clyde by one of their clients. But their field of intervention has nothing to do with that of this famous American couple. They practice their skills in butchery and charcuterie and it is in this capacity that they have just opened their shop in Castres at 6 rue du Gazel.

Both have been in this industry for a long time.

Laetitia, very small, was already playing behind the counter of her parents who ran a rotisserie-catering business.

Stephen, from his apprenticeship, discovered a profession that has always fascinated him and which he has been practicing since 1998, in the south-west, with various employers including the Antoine di Castres delicatessen.

Their dream of a personal enterprise finally comes true thanks to the solidarity of family and friends to whom they owe a lot and who helped them set up the project and the work.

It is therefore now in their shop and in the markets they have already made in Castres, Aussillon and Castenaudary that we can find them.
