Greta, who has an agency in Castres, offers a tailor-made training offer, from CAP to license, which is aimed at as many people as possible.
François Giovannini, president of Greta-CFA Midi Pyrénées Nord, Davy Lagrange, its operational director, Pierre-Marie Milone, head of the Sud Tarn agency, dean of the Lycée de la Borde Basse and Valérie Rose, continuing education consultant for the South Tarn and the new manager of the Castres branch gathered around their employees at 22 rue Mérigonde in Castres, one of the two sites with the Borde Basse du Greta-CFA Castres high school, a key player in education in the region. .
Greta, a group of public institutions with a social vocation labeled Eduform and Qualiopi, proposes a tailor-made training offer, from the PAC to the license, aimed at the largest number of people. It does not have its own legal entity and operates under the dual supervision of the Ministry of Labor and National Education. Its strength lies in the territorial network that it puts in place with all the players in the socio-economic world of integration and in the supply of highly performing technical platforms and in the collective skills of National Education, which knows how to offer an individualized and innovative pedagogy offer.
The Greta-CFA Midi Pyrénées Nord is the most important Greta in Occitania, it has 6 agencies including 2 in the Tarn in Albi and Castres.
Over 500 courses
Each year more than 7,000 adult trainees and 250 apprentices benefit from training provided by a team of 80 trainers and more than 500 occasional collaborators, most of whom are National Education teachers but also professionals from the sectors concerned.
The training center has an exam pass rate of over 90% and offers more than 500 training courses in areas as diverse as hospitality, languages, office automation and crafts.
Several options are possible: vocational integration training, training for diplomas and certifications, apprenticeship with professionalization contracts.
Davy Lagrange, the COO rightly adds that Greta can also intervene in the personal training account (CPF).
“Finding training that meets the needs of the area is one of our main concerns,” explains the latter.
In Castres, the newly arrived Valérie Rose will be responsible for raising this concern. She is already harnessing her new functions with dynamism and enthusiasm in a team of about ten people including two managers, Nathalie Pais and Florence Azais who take care of all the operation of the system. This is also the strength of Greta, a harmonized service and a united and collaborative team spirit, which brings together administrators, trainers and managers of exercises in the service of others.
