Eduardo Pachas, attorney for the president Pedro Castillo, He spoke today with Good Morning Peru and asserted that his sponsor has not made public the relationship of people with whom he met in the Breña’s house, located in the Sarratea shred, since the list does not exist and, furthermore, its function is not to prepare it.

In that sense, he clarified that the Office of the Comptroller General of the Republic is already in Petroperú investigating these three points: “the damage to the State, the hypothetical assumptions of concertation of people and review if the procedure followed in the public bidding of the Petroperú case was correct or not”.
“If both the Prosecutor’s Office and the Comptroller’s Office have been complied with at the various levels and the information has been given, and the President of the Republic has fulfilled what he has promised”, he expressed.

Likewise, he pointed out that the doubt persists around this issue because the media are presenting a video that “does not correspond to reality”. He stated that Pedro Castillo will hold a press conference in due course, and for this he has coordinated with three local media and one at the international level.
