After a rather hectic week, which already has a roadblock on the agenda for Saturday, the community head of Villa Los Aromos, Nelly Morales, spoke with 88.9, where she referred to the complaints published by the commune, against her ex treasurer Walter Castagnari, and members of the outgoing management, led by Carlos Zavala.
In the first order, the executive leader referred to Castagnari, who first denounced her for theft and embezzlement of public funds. As counterpart, the commune did it for “extortion, violation of Secrets and Privacy, Scams and other frauds, Usurpation of titles and Honors; Abuse of Authority, Violation of the duties of Public Official and Illicit Association ”.
“Castagnari had a conduct disorder in the exercise of his functions in a totally unworthy way. A few days ago he came with some intimidating tools towards the executive commission, imposing his conduct with rebellionMorales explained. The community chief added that the accused always tried to go beyond his authority and had a series of discussions with coworkers. “The largest percentage of officials are women and it seems that put him in a state of rebellion,” he said.
The complaint, about which the commune will become a plaintiff, is in the Prosecutor’s Office No. 2.
