Anthony Cassano return attack to Jose Mourinho. This time it was spicier than before.
Action taunts between Cassano and Mourinho is not over. It started with the former striker for the Italian national team criticizing Mourinho.
Cassano originally commented on the news that said Mourinho was being chased by Real Madrid again. The former AS Roma player then said this was impossible because Mourinho had a lot of drama.
Mourinho, who is now coaching AS Roma, responded to that comment. Cassano is said to be known when playing for Real Madrid only during the introductory session.
Cassano then retaliated and was even spicier. Mourinho is said to have damaged AS Roma football.
“I went to Rome and spent five wonderful years there. I made the Roma fans crazy and had fun, and the people in Rome loved me. Please ask Totti, De Rossi and Bruno Conti,” Cassano said in Twirch Bobo tv.
“Mourinho can win whatever he wants but he makes Roma look an embarrassment. He’s won all kinds of trophies but his football has always been terrible.”
Cassano said Mourinho was just lucky because he coached a team with great players. Cassano also explained that his goal in playing football is for fun, not just trophies.
“His football is in the past, he was lucky enough to coach great champions. I don’t want to win anything, I always play to entertain the fans. When I see his team play, I am ashamed to be a fan of this sport.”
“Once he decides to retire, no one will care about him,” concluded Cassano.
