This is precisely the case of Géant Casino, which has launched a major commercial operation. Indeed, the chain of hypermarkets offers a liter of fuel at 1 euro. However, you will have to meet a few conditions to benefit from it.
Unfortunately, the invasion is in full swing in Ukraine. Vladimir Putin remains visibly firm on his position despite financial and economic sanctions of Westerners. Another alarming fact, the United States announced an embargo on Russian oil imports. As a result, fuel prices will reach historic highs. Inevitably, this unprecedented increase has repercussions on the purchasing power of the French, already damaged by the pandemic.
All drivers are concerned and more particularly, the many motorists who must continue to fill their tanks. Currently, fuel prices at the pump have crossed the 2 euro per liter mark. In front of this situation, Giant Casino offers to reimburse the difference between the liter at 1€ and the price paid at the service station in the form of a voucher. However, you have to hurry, because the offer is only valid this Friday 11 and Saturday 12 March 2022.

All fuels will be eligible
Currently, the French watch helplessly as the prices of food, fuel and energy soar. On this last point, the economic conflict between the West and Moscow does not help matters. To top it off, the rag is burning between the two leading oil exporters, namely the United States and Russia. Unfortunately, this has consequences even in service stations.
In the wake of Leclerc and Intermarché who proposed a fuel operation at cost price last weekend, Géant Casino enters the scene from this Friday, March 11, 2022. Indeed, the retail brand offers vouchers. This promotion will lower the price of a liter of fuel to 1 euro per litre. According to information relayed by BFM TV, petrol and diesel are eligible for this initiative.
In fact, if you spend, for example, €110 for a 50-litre tank of petrol at €2.20, you will get a voucher of 60 euros in store. This will be valid from 100 euros of shopping in participating stores.
Remember that the promotion is short-lived. You can only collect the voucher at the reception of a Géant Casino group supermarket this Friday March 11 and Saturday March 12, 2022. However the voucher is valid until next Sunday, March 13. Among the 234 stores of the brand, several dozen equipped with a service station participate in this operation “1 euro fuel”.
