The party society also organizes concerts within the Casino, such as with the official double of Johnny Hallyday.
Since 11/01/2019, the Bussang Vikings casino has been organizing a “heart points” operation in partnership with 3 public utility associations:
France sponsorship, the Vosges Committee of The League Against Cancer and Overcoming Cystic Fibrosis.
Many of our customers have a loyalty card and they accumulate points by playing. These points have a value and a lifespan of 18 months; unused and therefore lost points are redistributed to our 3 partners.
The casino has 3 ballot boxes, one for each association and each customer is given a token upon arriving at reception which they will then place in the ballot box of their choice.
The casino also helps promote local artists, which allows them to make themselves known and establish a local presence.
Many artists can exhibit for free at the Restaurant le Refuge, for example Françoise Valentin, a portrait and animal painter, spoke to us about her passion during her opening.
The Entregens association organized an art exhibition at the performance hall, photographers, painters, sculptors and a storyteller were able to express themselves over a weekend.
Authors also come to sign and present the works, such as Jean-Marie Stoerkel.
The Bussang sewing, patchwork and relaxation club organizes a flea market every year within the Casino, which allows seamstresses to meet and discuss in this area.
The casino is also present in the world of sport
“The Infernal Trail” an institution for trail enthusiasts, for 15 years this event has offered different sporting events such as 30km, 70km, 100km and 200km.
As the routes pass through Bussang, we signed a partnership with the Infernal trail to receive the runners during a refreshment stop, which allowed them to take a break in a room set up to accommodate them.
The Bussang/Saint-Maurice harmony is present every year for a concert, it is made up of around forty musicians.
A concert which, as usual, won over the audience.
