For Cashback it is possible to receive reimbursements also on Insurance, fines and car tax: how to use them
It will be possible to take advantage of the Cashback also on the payment of Insurance, Car tax e many. Palazzo Chigi specified this, explaining that it will be possible to receive a 10% refund not just for fuel but also for this other type of expense. The cashback will be available only with payments made with debit cards and credit / debit cards and made in physical shops. Refunds will therefore not be granted for online payments, as is already the case for other types of permitted expenses.

Cashback, how it works for fines, car tax and insurance
The maximum for each transaction is 15 euros for a limit of 150 euros. Let’s see in detail how cashback works for the various payments connected to cars. For the car tax it is possible to take advantage of the reimbursement by paying through any physical exercise that ensures this service (from tobacconists to agencies): even if the total amount will be higher than 150 euros, the maximum reimbursement will remain 15 euros. The same thing also for TPL, with the annual premium that usually exceeds 150 euros: even in this case, the maximum reimbursement will be 15 euros.
As for the fines related to infractions of the Traffic laws, there will be the possibility to take advantage of the 10% refund. In all cases, the refund will not be triggered for transactions made through ATMs, for payments by bank transfer and those made online.
How to request cashback
Per request cashback you need to use the‘app IO (or other affiliated services): after installing it on your device, to access you must use the SPID or the Pin received with the Electronic Identity Card. Subsequently, to access, simply enter the six-digit unlock code chosen at the time of registration or the biometric recognition. Once registered, just enter the Wallet area and click on Activate Cashback to activate the service.
