Criminal proceedings were started under the article on financing actions committed with the aim of forcibly changing the state border of Ukraine.

Criminal proceedings have been opened against Vadim Rabinovich, a deputy of the parliamentary faction of the OPLZ, under the article on encroachment on the territorial integrity and inviolability of Ukraine. This was announced on Thursday, March 18, by the people’s deputy from the Golos faction Solomiya Bobrovskaya in Facebook.

“At my appeal, a criminal case was opened against Rabinovich. Do you remember how he laid out a map of Ukraine without Crimea, and even with the LPNR notes?

At the same time, Bobrovskaya stressed that “not a single citizen of Ukraine, especially an elected people’s deputy, can question the territorial integrity of Ukraine,” and advised Rabinovich “not to flirt with separatism if he does not want to end up in prison again.”

The People’s Deputy also published a photo of a letter from the Office of the Prosecutor General, addressed to her, about the fact of the opening of proceedings under Part 2 of Art. 110 of the Criminal Code – financing of actions committed with the aim of forcibly changing or overthrowing the constitutional order or seizing state power, changing the borders of the territory or the state border of Ukraine.

Recall, March 1 Rabinovich published a map on the social network Ukraine without Crimea, but with the “LPR” and “DPR” in the composition.
