Casa Baia will soon select through a call for tenders a company that will be responsible for establishing a diagnosis and analyzing the sanitation situation in areas of activities to fight against harmful species (rats, birds, rodents, insects, dogs and cats. wandering …) at the level of the perimeters defined in each of the 16 districts of the city, reports The Economist. The folds will be open on January 7th.
The contractor will be asked to list the pests’ way of life by zone, their distribution, their shelters and breeding grounds, as well as the causes and their multiplication. These elements will make it possible to develop descriptive sheets for each species.

Regarding the action plan, it will focus on a benchmark with two or three international cases. With the resulting results, the company will be able to determine the long-term control objectives for each species (three years). This plan should take into account the reduction in the use of biocidal products, while promoting alternative solutions.
A sum of 390,000 DH will be given to the company selected for the accomplishment of the two missions (diagnosis and action plan).
