The management of the Casablanca Arab Film Festival, which will start its fourth session on June 16, announced that it will honor some symbols of Moroccan and Arab cinema that have a distinctive imprint with their presence and creativity in the cinematic scene. The festival will also honor the Egyptian artist and actor Khaled El Sawy, who is known for his leading roles in a number of films, most notably “The Yacoubian Building”, “Al Fagomi”, “Adrenaline”, “Joy”, “The Law of Maraghi”, “Khatem Suleiman”, and “The Blue Elephant”. », and others.
The festival will also honor Moroccan actress Fatima Harandi, and Tunisian director and producer Reda El Behi, who was chosen by the festival to preside over the jury for the Feature Narrative and Documentary Film Competition.
