Hong Shin-ae and her best friend of 11 years, Heo Young-man, appeared on Channel A’s entertainment program ‘Best Friends Tocumentary Table for 4’, which aired on the 13th.
On this day’s broadcast, Hong Shin-ae went shopping with Heo Young-man at the market and then headed to his cooking studio located in Gangnam. Hong Shin-ae said while Heo Young-man was away for a while, “My father finds it strange. Mr. Heo Young-man is the same age as my father. In fact, we are really good friends and strangely we get along well. We have similar tastes in movies and such. People who are so similar in life. “It’s not easy to meet,” he explained, showing off their special friendship.
He then invited Heo Young-man, comedian Mir Miru, and actor Park Gwang-jae to his table for four. While Hong Shin-ae was preparing food, Heo Young-man stopped by a nearby flower shop and purchased a flower pot. Hong Shin-ae, who suddenly received a flower pot as a gift from Heo Young-man, expressed her gratitude, saying, “Teacher, you are the only person who buys me flowers.”
Afterwards, Hong Shin-ae said at a gathering of three people, “The teacher came to the home I was working in a few times. Since I was only cooking in the open kitchen, I couldn’t always say hello to the teacher even though I knew he was there. Then the teacher said, ‘The young man in that kitchen said, “He said, ‘The chef has a high nose,’” he recalled at the time.
When Park Gwang-jae joked, “You kept coming to the store because you didn’t want to come here. I got angry and asked, ‘When are you going to come out and say hello?'” Heo Young-man responded firmly, “No matter how bad it is, I won’t go if it doesn’t taste good,” drawing admiration.
