Two cars burned in Bremen on Monday night. Residents initially reported a fire in Neustadt, police said. There the front tire of a car caught fire. Firefighters promptly extinguished the flames. A few hours later, a car caught fire in the Gröpelingen district. When the firefighters arrived, the vehicle was already completely engulfed in flames. The police estimate the damage to this car at around 20,000 euros. Police have begun investigating the cause of the fire and are looking for witnesses who made suspicious remarks.
