Former head coach “Spartak” Massimo Carrera headed “Bari” from the third division Italy.
The contract with the 56-year-old specialist was signed until the end of the current season with automatic renewal for a year in case the team enters Serie B.
On Wednesday, the Italian will hold his first training session at Bari. Carrera’s headquarters entered Giorgio D’Urbanowho also worked with him at Spartak.
“Bari” after 22 rounds in their group takes 2nd place with 42 points. The leading Ternana has 56 points.
Carrera played for Bari from 1986 to 1991. His last job was AEK, from where he was fired in December.
Note that “Bari” belongs Aurelio De Laurentisuwho also owns Napoli.
