The Carracedelo City Council has decided to install HEPA filters in all municipal offices to keep closed spaces free of viruses and bacteria.
With an investment of 6.5000 euros, the council aims to guarantee the health of the air now that, with the cold, it is more difficult to maintain adequate ventilation of the premises. Thus, the filters have been installed in the classrooms of the school, the waiting rooms of the medical offices, the headquarters of the City Council and other municipal buildings.
In the case of the school center, a sufficient supply of disinfection and protection material has also been guaranteed, in addition to more than a thousand children’s masks, dispensers and hydroalcoholic gel.
