Side flavor on Sunday welcomes a guest who necessarily has something to do with cooking, chef, craftsman, producer and a small challenge to take up, remember a significant year in his life, personal or professional. A choice that allows us to go back in time, to remember some events that marked that year.
For Caroline Binant, 2015 is the year of change. Coming from the agri-food industry, in the year of her 40th birthday she allowed herself a 180° turn. She opens her dairy Mam’zelle Popinette . Of course, everything had to be built and the nights were more eventful, but it is a dream that has pursued her since she spent a few months during her studies in a dairy in the Loire in Roanne at the Ferme Collet.
