Carole Baskin sues Netflix for Tiger King 2 | TV

She states that Netflix and producer Royal Goode Production are in breach of contract by using footage of her and her husband in Tiger King 2. She states that she only agreed to use those images for the original series, which came out in 2020. In the court documents, owned by The Wrap, among others, she says she assumed she would not show up in the second season, but the trailer shows that old recordings of her and husband Howard are indeed used.

His long-running feud with Baskin was extensively discussed in the series. Exotic, whose real name is Joe Maldonado-Passage, is currently in prison for plotting an assassination attempt on Baskin and a number of animal cruelty cases. The trailer shows that he participated in the second season of Tiger King, which is set to release on Netflix later this month.
