Some sixty students of the School of Music and Dance of Formentera They celebrated the Festival of Carnestoltes on Friday afternoon in the Culture Hall (cinema) with a musical and theatrical performance in which the costumes were also protagonists. The Vice President and Minister of Education, Alejandra Ferrer, highlighted “the high level” of the show, which “enchanted all the families and audience that filled the cinema.” The school percussion group, the children’s band, the children’s choir, the piano, guitar, brass wind and traditional music students performed. Likewise, the dance students also represented various choreographies.
