“I came back to Tahiti for a homecoming. An opportunity to see my friends again, but also to greet all the people who allowed me to be the ambassador of the Chinese community at the fenua, in particular Betty and Robert Tanseau, Danielle Livine, Jacqueline Coiffure, my chaperone Éliane and many others. others. I really enjoyed my Parisian life, but today I feel the desire to return to the homeland of my mother, born in Raiatea, ”she says.
When she was a young girl, Carmen did not speak a word of French. To remedy this, she had taken small classes for accelerated learning. With the help of the Frogier family, Axel and Dora and the children, she was able to quickly master the basics of the French language.
“In 2016, I obtained a bachelor’s degree in psychology while working, which took a lot of time and energy. This allowed me to set up personalized therapeutic workshops by supporting three patients with different pathologies, ”she concludes.
