Obituary of Carmel Cronin
CRONIN, Mary “Carmel”
Mary « Carmel » Cronin age 79 passed away on March 21, 2022 at home surrounded by loved ones, after a brief illness.
She was born on July 17 1942 to Thomas and Mary Nix in Limerick, Ireland.
Carmel grew up at Meelick House and she married her husband Michael in 1972, they moved to Canada with their son Patrick in 1978.
Michael and Carmel were happily married for 50 years.
Carmel is survived by her loving husband Michael; her sons Patrick (Jennifer) and Paul (Lisa); her granddaughters Kylee, Brooklyn and Maddison and her sister Vera.
Carmel was preceded in death by her father Thomas, mother Mary and brother Robert.
A funeral service will be held at the McCleister funeral home on Friday March 25, 2022 at 3pm. A visitation will be held on Thursday March 24 from 6-8 pm.
495 Park Road North, Brantford, Ontario.
The family will be greeting friends and relatives directly after the funeral at The Knights of Columbus 12 Catharine Ave, Brantford, ON
