Carlos Sainz set the fastest time in the third practice session. Russell and Norris also made it to the top three.
The last practice was done in daylight, so under different conditions than the qualifying and race. Alfa Romeo drivers were the first to take to the track. We waited the longest (20 minutes) for Sargeant.
At the front, the situation was very similar to Friday. Ferrari drivers and Max Verstappen fought for first place in the first half of practice. At one point, George Russell also spoke into the fray. However, the Mercedes drivers preferred soft tires from the start. Most of the others were riding high schools.
Twenty minutes before the end, the qualifying simulations started gradually. The fastest time was set by Carlo Sainz.
Max Verstappen complained about the gear throughout practice and took fourth place.
If we exclude the lizard trips on Friday, the weekend between the barriers in Singapore is relatively calm. The biggest drama was experienced in the last practice by Liam Lawson, who spun around. He was not far from the barrier, but there was no contact.
