The Old Institute of Gijón will host this Wednesday, January 10 at 7:00 p.m., the presentation of the rehearsal ‘El Celtismu Musical Asturianu’, in addition to the new album by Carlos Núñez, ‘Celtic Sea’.
In addition to the Galician bagpiper, prologue of the book ‘El celtismu musical asturianu’, the musician and researcher Llorián García, the former director of the Lorient Interceltic Festival Lisardo Lombardía and the researcher Inaciu Llope will participate in a round table.
Coordinated by Ignaciu Llope, the more than two hundred pages of ‘El celtismu musical asturianu’ collect the presentations from the XX Seminar of Asturian Studies of the Belenos Foundation, held in La Puela (Allande) in November 2019.
It opens with a prologue written by the Galician musician Carlos Núñez, and then gives way to the different articles, where several experts analyze this musical movement and its development in Asturias.
