Carlos Álvarez broke his silence after learning of the departure of his program “La Vaccina del Humor” from the Willax Television programming schedule. Through a video, the comic actor spoke surrounded by his cast and revealed that the decision was made unilaterally by the company.

Through a video posted on his official TikTok account, comedian actor Carlos Álvarez said that he and his cast say goodbye once again to television. In addition, he pointed out that he does not know the reasons for his departure.

“Once again we have to say goodbye to a television channel, this time, like other times, perhaps against our will because we have a co-production contract with Willax until the end of the year. For unilateral reasons of the company, they have decided to end this commitment five months before its expiration”, explained Álvarez.

“Whether it was due to ratings, sales or for another reason, we do not know exactly since we were informed in July of the company’s decision unilaterally by means of a notarial letter… It is television stuff, a decision with the that we do not agree, but we respect and accept. We would have liked the program to come to an end until December 31, but we cannot continue where they no longer want us, ”he added.

Likewise, Carlos Álvarez indicated that he will continue to do humor through digital platforms despite his sudden departure from Willax Television, after 3 uninterrupted years of broadcasting with “La Vacuna del Humor”.
