Spaniard Carlos Alcaraz defeated the first in the world on Sunday, Serbian Novak Djokovic, in the final of the Wimbledon Championships, to win the title of this competition for the first time at the age of twenty. He is the youngest player to win the championship after German Boris Becker. Djokovic defeated Alcaraz in the semi-finals at Roland Garros in Paris.
