Carlos Alazraki’s Controversial Fundraising Campaign to Help Hurricane ‘Otis’ Victims

Mexico City.- The political analyst Carlos Alazraki has resorted to a strategy by requesting donations to maintain his YouTube channel and, supposedly, help victims of the Hurricane ‘Otis’ in Guerrero donating a small total of 100 liters of water.

The controversial communicator, known for his work in Atypical TeVe, has expressed his supposed gratitude for the donations he has received on his channel, although the results of his campaign are so far unimpressive. In addition, she has announced that part of the scarce funds raised will be used to help the victims in Guerrero. This apparently insubstantial contribution will consist of just 100 liters of water, which is equivalent to only 5 jugs.

Alazraki stated: “With what we have been given, which has turned out to be much less than expected, we have made the decision to use a small part of those resources to buy 100 liters of water and deliver them to the Red Cross.”

The communicator, known for his critical stance towards government of Andrés Manuel López Obrador, has disclosed that his fundraising campaign to maintain his media has managed to raise a ridiculous amount of 241 thousand pesos. However, he has stressed that his ambition is to reach the figure of 5 million 110 thousand 555 pesos, a goal that seems unattainable.

Of this insignificant sum, Alazraki has hinted that he would donate the equivalent of just 5 jugs of water, valued at approximately 60 pesos each. This means that, of the supposed 5 million pesos collected, the communicator would contribute an insignificant sum of around 300 pesos to help the victims.
