She loves him so much that she once put her life in danger to save him. For him he actually threw himself into the flames of a fire.
He shows everyone his severe side, but hides behind the hard exterior a tender side That only a few people other than his family can see. His it is certainly among these.
The relationship they have goes beyond simple friendship, so much so that the chef would be willing to do some real crazy things for him. It seems that he has done some in the past, for example by throwing oneself into the flames of a bad fire in order to bring him to safety and therefore putting his own life in danger for him.
“Everything was burning.” He said during an interview with Daily fact talking about that bad fire that happened while he was in Florence. In those years the two were closer than eversince they were always together, even at work.
Those were the times when Carlo Cracco he worked at the Enoteca Pinchiorri and was always in contact with him. He couldn’t allow his bottles to be lost in the firefor which he had thrown himself into the flames in order to save them.
A hindered relationship
There are many things that chef Carlo Cracco has done for him over the years. Among these there is, for example, having followed a course to better understand how it’s made. However, it seems that doing so was not at all easy for him. Nobody understood the importance of what he didthat what he did was done for him.
“During the lessons they mistreated me, but then I passed the exam anyway, in 1987, when I worked for Gualtiero Marchesi” he continued to say during the interview. “They told me I was a chef and I had to be a chef and stop.” In short, it couldn’t have been easy for him to become a sommelier, but in the end he succeeded. All of this for the love of wine.

All for the love of wine
He has always had a strong love for wine, so much so that to save it when it was going up in flames during a terrible fire, he threw himself into the flames. He couldn’t allow some of his precious bottles to go up in flames.
As reported by Il Fatto Quotidiano, the chef stated: “When I worked in Florence at the Enoteca Pinchiorri there was a fire that destroyed 25 thousand bottles. Everything was burning. I saved as many bottles as I could.” He could not allow the bottles to be lost and for the love of wine he had tried everything.
