Carlo Conti was admitted to the Careggi hospital in Florence. It was the TV presenter himself who revealed it after some rumors. “Don’t worry !!! Everything under control, I have been in the hospital for a few days to be better treated by this Covid !!! I am improving thanks to the care of doctors and nurses !!! I’ll be back soon! Tonight `Tale e what show´ will go on with Goggi, Salemme, Panariello and Cirilli !!! Come on guys !!!! », he wrote on Instagram.

The post a few days ago
Conti had been infected by Covid-19 a few days ago, but at an early stage he had no symptoms and had managed to conduct “Tale e Which Show” on Rai 1 from his home in Florence where he was in isolation. But then the coronavirus had made itself felt with the first fever, pains and a little cough. And, on November 3, lo Conti himself had revealed the situation in a first post on Instagram also publishing an encouragement card from his wife Francesca and son Matteo. «Now the symptoms are all there (and too many!). – the showman had written – But of all medicines this card is the most powerful. A Covid is just an ugly beast ». The post was followed by a note from the press office which assured fans that Carlo’s was “only the course of someone dealing with a sneaky virus.”

From the hospital no comment
It would have been the doctors in recent days who advised Conti to accept a hospitalization to be better assisted and therefore the decision to cross the threshold of the Careggi hospital in Florence, his city. The Florentine hospital declined to comment on the news. “No comment” were the only words of the hospital management even if a note explaining the situation is not excluded in the next few hours. Indiscretions speak of a situation that is not worrying (as Conti himself explained in the post on Instagram) but which must still be constantly monitored by doctors.
