The exhibition will open next Thursday, December 1 at 7:00 p.m. at the Hotel NH Collection Cáceres Palacio de Oquendo, located in Plaza San Juan de Cáceres.
Cáritas inaugurates on December 1, a solidarity exhibition whose author was generous enough to donate to the entity, while still alive, so that the proceeds from its sale could be dedicated by this institution to cover the needs of the most needy people. (families, unemployed, immigrants, homeless people…)
The exhibition has been organized by the entity itself, following the donation of 51 works by the self-taught painter, Ms. Mª Dolores Sanz Úbeda (Alcázar de San Juan 1940-Cáceres 2020). She was born in La Mancha, she moved to Cáceres when she got married, in our city she exhibited on several occasions. Her passion for painting develops from a very young age, she came to paint more than 200 paintings, always using the oil technique. When she moves to Extremadura, she is frequently inspired by the landscapes of Extremadura, especially those of the region of La Vera. Another recurring theme of her painting has been still lifes. A sample of what was donated will be available until April 16, 2023.
Cáritas also thanks the NH Collection Cáceres Palacio de Oquendo Hotel for its generosity in ceding the exhibition space, which gives the exhibition the place it deserves.
PROCEDURE FOR THE ACQUISITION OF PICTURES
Both the exhibited paintings and those that are part of the digital catalogue, may be acquired by interested parties according to the following procedure:
1.- Send an email to the address of [email protected] indicating the name and surname, shipping address and contact of the purchaser. As well as the number of the work according to the indication that appears in the final summary of the last pages of the catalogue. The same procedure can also be carried out by telephone at the number 630 461 399.
2.- Once the request is made, you will receive an email confirming the availability of the work and the payment methods through which to proceed.
3.- Within 15 days the work will be received at the indicated shipping address.
All the works have the same sale value: 90 euros.
