The volunteer person
The formation: It is desirable that there is always a Training Plan that allows the integral growth of each volunteer.
Accompaniment and monitoring: Accompanying means being with the other person, but leaving the distance you need to be comfortable in your action. Accompaniment entails monitoring.
Participation and decision making: They constitute a process of involvement and commitment on the part of the volunteers, of sharing and feeling part of Cáritas.
Recognition: the volunteer must be made aware that their work is being useful and necessary for Cáritas and for society in general.
