As part of the 2nd week of compatibility at the University of Bremen

Carework: Kinder

The following events will take place on Wednesday, April 28th, 2021:

  • 10.00 a.m. – 11.00 a.m .: (English) Academia and kids: experience from a European family (Dr. Alice Lefebvre, Center for Marine Sciences, University of Bremen)
  • 10:00 am – 11:00 am: studying with family responsibilities – you ask, we advise! (Family Service Office, Center for Teacher Training, Studierendenwerk, AG Family-Friendly Studies)
  • 11.15 – 11.45 a.m .: Quite normal and yet special – foster children and their families (Judith Pöckler-von Lingen, parents coach)
  • 11.45 – 12.00: Moved break (Karo Addicks, caterva)
  • 12 noon-12.15 p.m .: Tips for a healthy use of digital media (Markus Schnare, caterva)
  • 12.15pm – 1.15pm: Theory meets practice: “Boys don’t cry” – emotional skills and masculinity images in boys (Kerstin Vennemeyer, teacher & Dr. Christoph Fantini, University of Bremen)
  • 2.15pm – 3.15pm: With different eyes: About living and traveling with a daughter with a disability / with trisomy 21 (Fabian Sixtus Körner)
