A TikTok viral video make netizens in the country excited. The reason is that the video shows an alleged female worker (TKW) who is in the middle of an indecent scene in the bathroom.
The 5-minute, 47-second video was widely circulated on TikTok and Twitter. Many netizens are looking for the video link to make it trending on the two social media platforms.
According to netizens, the figure in the video is a migrant worker in Singapore. There are also those who say it is TikTokers with the abbreviation AK.

These two things have not been confirmed, aka netizens are still speculating. But other than that, it is better not to participate in the spread of the viral video.
Because if you participate in spreading it, you can be ensnared by the ITE law. The threat is not only a fine of hundreds of millions, but also imprisonment.
The dissemination of content that violates decency is governed by article 27 paragraph 1 of the ITE law n. 19 of 2016. The article reads as follows:
“Every person intentionally and without rights distributes and / or transmits and / or makes accessible electronic information and / or electronic documents that contain content that violates decency.”
The legal threat to article violators is contained in article 45 of the ITE law. “Any person who fulfills the elements referred to in article 27, paragraph 1, paragraph 2, paragraph 3, or paragraph 4, is punished with imprisonment not exceeding 6 (six) years and / or a maximum fine of Rp. 1,000 .000.000,00 (one billion rupees) “, reads the content.
Not only content distributors, electronic systems operators (PSEs) can also be penalized if they allow TKW’s viral videos to still circulate on their platforms.
This is stated in Government Regulation No. 71 of 2019 concerning the implementation of electronic systems and transactions (PP PSTE). It is stated that PSE serving pornographic content may be subject to a fine of Rp. 100 million for content.
