Your tasks
You advise the public sector and its companies as well as private companies on all questions of procurement law. Whether large projects or mass procurement: you accompany strategic projects and future topics (digitization, energy transition, mobility) with a focus on procurement law. You are responsible for controlling procurement processes and the correspondence between bidders You are responsible for the further development, monitoring and quality assurance of the operational processes in contract and procurement management. Your skills
You have successfully completed your degree (bachelor’s, master’s, master’s, diploma (university) or comparable degree) in the field of law or business law.
