Mario Daniel Cáffaro (64), journalist from El Litoral and the university radio station LT10, was declared “Outstanding Santafesino” by the Municipal Council of the city of Santa Fe. The journalist was born on October 31, 1959 in Clucellas, Castellanos department. He never forgets that town of just over a thousand inhabitants.
