Your activities
- Responsible for a group of children and young people aged 4 to 16
- Organizing leisure time and promoting social skills
- Close collaboration within the team, with parents, schools, authorities and specialists
- Further development of the pedagogical concept
- Day-to-day responsibilities, caregiver work and holiday care are part of the diverse range of tasks
your profile
- Diploma from a higher technical school for child education or related training in the field of pedagogy, psychology or EFZ FaBeK
- Several years of professional experience an advantage
- Solution-oriented, committed and empathetic personality
- Differentiated communication
- Capable of conflict and assertiveness
